Bacardi Chief Marketing Officer to Leave Company

Hamilton, Bermuda, November 1, 2012 — Bacardi Limited, the largest privately-held spirits company in the world, announces Silvia Lagnado, Chief Marketing Officer of Bacardi and President of Bacardi Global Brands, is leaving the Company over the next few months to pursue other interests.

A replacement will be announced in due course.
