Vijay S. Subramaniam

Regional President - Europe

No stranger to diverse and complex markets, Vijay had the leadership experience and agile mindset to take on the role of Regional President of Europe in 2026.

As the former leader of the Asia, Middle East and Africa (AMEA) region since 2018, Vijay helped create long-term sustainable growth for our portfolio of spirit brands in these emerging and fast-paced markets. Not one to rest on his laurels, he extended his responsibilities beyond AMEA to also lead our Global Travel Retail business in 2020.

Vijay joined the Bacardi family in 2013 as Managing Director of India, and before that, spent 12 years in India in various general management roles in companies with robust and dynamic teams.

Vijay is based in the Netherlands and is known for his business acumen, sense of humor and love of cricket.
