As a family-owned company, Bacardi is committed to building a legacy that endures for generations. In his current role, Scott helps advance that legacy by leading stewardship initiatives and supporting the development of the next generation of family leaders.

Previously, Scott served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bacardi, where he guided the careers of more than 8,000 people, strengthening succession planning and organizational development across the company.

Scott joined Bacardi in 2009 with more than 20 years of experience in international human resources at global companies. Before Bacardi, he oversaw the motivation, retention, and performance of 150,000 employees at DHL Express, which was recognized globally as both an “Employer of Choice” and a “Best Place to Work” during his tenure.
