Meet Kerry

A member of the Global Leadership Team since 2021, Kerry is the expert on standardizing processes, management reporting, and establishing metrics for global performance. From building analytical tools and frameworks, to understanding drivers of business performance, to driving year-end results, Kerry helps ensure dynamic resource allocation to support long-term investments. These days, she is also busy capturing pricing and other revenue growth opportunities. A specialist at bringing people together, she was integral in the integration of Patrón Spirits International following the 2018 acquisition of the company. Her earlier days at Bacardi were dedicated to building the foundation for shared services, which she continues to oversee, with the aim for always improving productivity while delivering top-notch service.

Her leadership mantra? The ‘how’ is just as important as the ‘what’. An advocate for driving a positive culture, she values humbleness, collaboration, and innovative thinking as enablers to success.

A 30-year veteran, Kerry has a broad expertise in finance, operations, supply chain and organizational design from her roles at The Walt Disney Company and Avon Products.

Kerry has called Bermuda home since 2014 when she joined Bacardi and is based at our global headquarters on the island.
