After close to two decades with Bacardi, he has the all-round expertise essential to lead our Global Operations.

Based in Geneva, Jean-Marc oversees it all from the sourcing of the finest ingredients and packaging development through to distillation, aging, blending, bottling and finally distribution to our customers around the world.

Prior to joining Bacardi in 2001, Jean-Marc held positions in logistics and supply chain management at Merck KGaA and Danone.

Thanks to the diligent work of Jean-Marc and his team, Bacardi is the only major spirits company meeting the world’s highest standards for safety, quality and sustainability.
