Dave is driven by delivering results through building strong, collaborative teams and fostering environments where people can grow both personally and professionally. It’s the passion and focus on talent that led him to his current role in 2025, following a 30+ year career within Supply Chain. He excels at identifying and nurturing the right skillsets to drive organizational success and believes that continuous evolution ensures progress and excellence of both people and business. From talent management to succession planning to performance management, and capability building, he is responsible for ensuring Bacardi is fit for the future.

Dave’s truly global perspective comes from his years at Unilever, where he worked around the world – including Singapore, the Netherlands, Shanghai, Mexico, and the United Kingdom – and he is fluent in English and Spanish.

Dave first joined Bacardi in 2022 and is based in Bermuda.
