Leila Stansfield

Vice President – Strategy

With more than 150 years in the business, Bacardi is in it for the long run. Leila helps us keep our eye on the future and has a key role in helping us get there.

Using her vision and understanding of global markets, in her current role she works closely with leaders across the business to develop a compelling, ambitious and achievable long-term roadmap.

Leila joined the Bacardi family in 2010 to head up global strategy and planning before moving into Global Travel Retail as Finance Director and then Marketing Director for the division, where she led our Customer Marketing and Revenue Growth Management teams to bring our consumer brand strategy to life in-store.

Before Bacardi, Leila started her career at PwC Strategy as a specialist in shopper marketing within the retail and consumer and leisure sectors.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Leila is now based at the headquarters in Hamilton, Bermuda.
