Within Bacardi we have recently strengthened our focus on Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) through the recruitment of a global leader for our programs. The Global Director coordinates activities through an EHS Steering Group, which is made up of key managers from our worldwide operations. The EHS Steering Group is responsible for recommending objectives and key strategies to continually improve our performance. It meets regularly and is currently focused on developing, detailing, and implementing our EHS Codes of Practice. This structure provides an excellent opportunity to share the latest information and knowledge from across the business and also provides important development opportunities.
