Bacardi aims to take a comprehensive and consistent approach to the management of environment, health and safety across all of its operating facilities.

To achieve this, we rolled out a program to obtain global certification to the international environmental management system ISO 14001 and the OHSAS 18001 health and safety standard. By the end of 2009 all Bacardi manufacturing facilities had achieved certification. We already have ISO 9000 quality standards in place globally. Bacardi is the only major spirits company to achieve this “Triple Crown” certification. These best practice management systems provide a strong basis for ongoing improvements in out performance.
