Mr. Brennan is also the Global Treasurer for Bacardi Limited, a position he has held since 2006.
He has been with Bacardi for seven years working in the finance area both in Europe and Bermuda.
Prior to joining Bacardi, Mr. Brennan worked in professional public accounting firms in Canada and Bermuda. Mr. Brennan holds both the Canadian Chartered Accountant (CA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations.
Ms. David has worked for Bacardi since 1994 in a variety of senior marketing and general management roles, including CEO of Bacardi's UK & Dutch Operating Companies. In 2005 she was awarded the "Lifetime Achievement Award" by the Sunday Times of London "100 Best Companies to Work For" awards. Under Ms David's leadership, the UK company remained in the top ten best companies to work for during five consecutive years, the only company to achieve this since the awards began.
Ms. Dunn has more than 25 years experience in IT, 17 of which were in Consumer Packaged Goods. Previously, she worked for Nestle (both in Europe and the US), Tyson Foods and Curtis Industries.
Prior to joining Bacardi, he worked as a strategic management consultant to multinational FMCG companies in Asia. Previously, he worked for Philip Morris International for more than 20 years, 16 in Asia. He held a variety of senior roles including President and Managing Director, China Region, Vice President, North Asia, Vice President Southeast Asia, and General Manager Philippines. Prior to moving to Asia, Mr. Dyrvik worked for Philip Morris International on assignments in Germany and the United States.
Mr. Esposito has spent more than 25 years in the Wines and Spirits industry. Previously, he was President and CEO of Moet Hennessy USA. He also has held a number of key positions including President and CEO of Schieffelin & Somerset, President of Premier Beverage Company of Florida, Vice President and Director of Sales for W.A. Taylor & Co., and Vice President, National Sales Manager Seagram Wine Co.
In 2003, he was elected to the Bacardi Ltd. board of directors - one of the first three outside directors in the history of the Company.
Previously, Mr. Gembler was Chairman of Bertolucci Watch Company of Switzerland. Prior to that, he spent thirty years with Philip Morris International, serving in a variety of key roles - including President and CEO - after serving as President of Europe, Middle East and Africa, Vice President of a large group of Philip Morris country companies including the former Soviet Union, and President of 7UP International (part of Philip Morris).
Previously, he served as Global Logistics Director for The Big Food Group plc, responsible for all supply chain and distribution activities and had served as Managing Director for its Internet retail business.
Mr. Grey spent nearly 16 years in the Mars organization in a number of increasingly senior roles across operations, supply chain and new product development in both the confectionery and pet food areas of the business.
Prior to joining Bacardi, Mr. Jamieson has served in General Management roles for the past 16 years, around the world for Proctor & Gamble/Gillette. From 2003 to 2006 he served as President, Latin America - Commercial Operations for the Gillette Company.
He also has held the position of Marketing Director KFC Puerto Rico and with American Home Products for 5 years as Area Director, Latin America with responsibility for their business in Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador & Spain.
In other parts of the world, Mr. Jamieson was based in Singapore as Vice President responsible for integrating and managing Gillette business in Australasia, ASEAN & India. Mr. Jamieson also consolidated Gillette operations so that all brands flourished during his role as Regional General Manager, Southeast Asia & Korea.
Mr. Morera has been with Bacardi since 2000.
Prior to joining Bacardi, Mr. Morera was a senior partner at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC). He started his public accounting career in 1969 in New York City and also worked in the San Juan, Puerto Rico and Miami, Florida offices of PWC. He became a partner in 1980 and during his tenure as partner served many publicly held and large international companies, including Bacardi.
Previously, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, North and Latin America, of The Coca-Cola Company.
Before that, Mr. Sanchez was with Bestfoods, a leading international consumer food company acquired by Unilever, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel. He spent seven years in Brussels as Division Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Previously he worked as international corporate counsel with key international companies of Firestone Tire & Rubber and United Brands. In 1977, Mr Sánchez began his legal career with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.
For the past three years, Mr. Sauvageot served as Chief Executive Officer of Hennessy. Prior to that, he spent 17 years with Danone, serving in a variety of key roles-including CEO of Danone in the Czech Republic, Argentina, and France.
Earlier in Mr. Sauvageot's career-over a five year period-he had Product and Marketing responsibilities with Procter & Gamble and L'Equipe in France.
Mr. Sauvageot holds a Master's Degree from ESSEC in Paris.
Previously he served for more than ten years as Vice President of Human Resources for Philip Morris International. Before that, he was Corporate Vice President for the parent company - responsible for all aspects of Executive Career Development, Succession Planning, and Management and Organization Development.
Earlier, he was Executive Vice President, Human Resources & Administration for other global consumer products companies including the Pillsbury Company, AMF Incorporated, Maremont Corporation and units of United Airlines.
Previously, Mr. Vora spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand in its Audit and Transaction Support functions in the UK and Kenya.
