Séamus McBride

President & Chief Executive Officer

Séamus McBride was named president and chief executive officer of Bacardi Limited in September 2008.

Mr. McBride has more than 30 years of global management experience in the consumer goods industry including marketing, commercial operations and systems.

Throughout his 25-year career with Colgate-Palmolive Company, he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in North America, Europe and Asia. At Colgate, Mr. McBride served as executive vice president and president, North America and worldwide commercial effectiveness. He led Colgate’s business operations in the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, and directed Colgate’s global commercial effectiveness program.

He also spent four years as marketing director for beer producer, Bass Plc.

Stefan Bomhard

Regional President - Europe

Stefan Bomhard is the Regional President of Europe with all commercial responsibility in this region. Based in Geneva, Switzerland, he joined Bacardi in 2010 and is a member of the Bacardi Leadership Team.

Before joining Bacardi, he spent 20 years with large multinational consumer goods companies including Cadbury, Unilever and Procter Gamble. He served as Cadbury’s Chief Commercial Officer with worldwide responsibility for Marketing and Sales and was a member of the Executive Committee. At Unilever, he led one of the European divisions and was Senior Vice President Marketing and Business Development for the global foodservice business. He started his career in Marketing with Procter & Gamble where he held positions of increasing responsibility. He has lived and worked in variety of countries including the United States, United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Spain, Germany and Russia.

He holds a first class undergraduate degree in European Business Administration from Middlesex University (UK) and Reutlingen University (Germany) and a PhD in European Marketing from the University of Bradford.

Robert Furniss-Roe

Regional President - North America

In 2011, Mr. Furniss-Roe was appointed as Regional President of Bacardi North America with responsibility for leading all operations of the largest region of the company. Immediately preceding this appointment, he served as Regional President for Latin America, Vice President of Global Sales and Corporate Communications.

He has been with Bacardi since 1989 in a variety of senior marketing and executive management positions, including Interim Regional President of Europe; Area Director for Russia/CIS/Poland; Vice President of Global Marketing; Area Director for Asia-Pacific; Vice President of Marketing for Asia-Pacific; and senior level marketing roles in France and the United States.

Prior to joining Bacardi, Mr. Furniss-Roe held marketing positions with Dunhill, L’Oreal, and JPA. He holds a Masters degree from Oxford University.

Scott M. Northcutt

Senior Vice President - Human Resources

Mr. Northcutt is Senior Vice President of Human Resources of Bacardi Limited and has been with the Company since August 2009. He is responsible for all aspects of employee career development, employee benefits, succession planning, as well as management and organization development.

Mr. Northcutt has more than 20 years of experience in the international human resources field, having held key leadership positions in several global companies. Most recently he served as Global Executive Vice President of Human Resources with DHL Express where he was responsible for motivating, retaining and rewarding the performance of nearly 150,000 employees around the world. During his tenure, DHL was recognized consistently around the world as an “Employer of Choice,” and in 2008 more than 29 countries won awards as a “Best Place to Work.”

Rich Andrews

Interim Regional President - Latin America
Vice President - Global Corporate Communications

Rich Andrews is Interim Regional President of Latin America, responsible for leading the operations and strategy for the region, and is Vice President of Global Corporate Communications. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Andrews was Global Vice President of the organizational design initiative focused on driving the Company’s growth vision.

He first joined the Company in 2003 as Vice President of Sales in Canada and was later promoted to President of Bacardi Canada, Inc. Prior to Bacardi Mr. Andrews held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing with global consumer products companies in the United States and Canada, including Coca-Cola, LEGO, Nestlé and PepsiCo. Mr. Andrews holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bishop’s University.

Jacques Croisetière

Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer President & CEO of Bacardi International Limited

Mr. Croisetière is Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Bacardi Limited and has been with the Company since August 2009. Mr. Croisetière is responsible for accounting, financial policies and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, as well as treasury and management information systems. He is also responsible for the operations of Bacardi International Limited, the owner of the business attached to Bacardi’s principal brands.

He has more than 30 years experience in the manufacturing industry with extensive knowledge in finance, financial and strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, consumer products, and business development. Mr. Croisetière is also a Certified Management Accountant.

Most recently, Mr. Croisetière served as Chief Financial Officer of Rohm and Haas where he was a key architect in the company’s purchase by The Dow Chemical Company. During his 10 year tenure at Rohm and Haas, he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility including Vice President and European region director and director of Ion Exchange Resins in Paris.

He also worked for Morton International Inc. from 1990-1997 and Sara Lee Corporation from 1983-1990 in a variety of finance-related positions.

Jon Grey

Regional President - Middle East & Africa (ME&A) Senior Vice President - Global Operations Group

In January 2011, Mr. Grey was appointed Regional President for the Middle East & Africa (ME&A) region with responsibility for all operations in the area.

As Senior Vice President of the Global Operations Group, Mr. Grey is responsible for all global supply chain, distribution, procurement, and research and development (R&D) activities. He also heads-up the Company’s industry-leading Corporate Responsibility (CR) platform and global initiatives. Under his leadership, Bacardi was certified to be operating in accordance with the world’s most recognized standards for quality, environment, and health and safety. Bacardi is the only major spirits company to achieve certification under ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 for all its production facilities globally, putting the company among an elite group of the world’s best-run companies.

Eduardo Sánchez

Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Mr. Sánchez is Senior Vice President and General Counsel for the Company and hasbeen with Bacardi since 2003.

Previously, he served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel, North and Latin America, of The Coca-Cola Company.

Before that, Mr. Sánchez was with Bestfoods, a leading international consumer food company acquired by Unilever, where he served as Vice President and General Counsel. He spent seven years in Brussels as Division Vice President and General Counsel for Europe, Africa and the Middle East. Previously he worked as international corporate counsel with key international companies of Firestone Tire & Rubber and United Brands. In 1977, Mr Sánchez began his legal career with Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson in New York City.

Caroline Basyn

Global Chief Information Officer (CIO)

As global CIO, Caroline Basyn is responsible for all Information Technology (IT) activities of Bacardi Limited globally including leading the Company’s overall IT strategy and implementation and three regional directors of IT Americas, Europe/Middle East, and Asia-Pacific. She joined Bacardi in July 2011 and is based in Geneva, Switzerland.

Ms. Basyn joined Bacardi from a 26-year career at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where she held various positions in the U.S. and Europe including Project Manager for European Data Centre Integration, Group Manager for European Order Shipping Billing System, Department Head of Regional Infrastructure and Technical Support, Associate Director of Corporate Databases, Associate Director for Baby, Feminine and Family Care IT business units, Director of Supply Network Solutions, Director of Workplace and Personal Computing and Director of Trade Fund Management Solutions. She also led the “European IT Women Leadership Team” for retention and progression of women in the IT industry.

Harold Dyrvik

Regional President - Asia-Pacific

Mr. Dyrvik is responsible for Bacardi’s commercial operations in Asia Pacific. He has been with Bacardi since 2005.

Prior to joining Bacardi, he worked as a strategic management consultant to multinational FMCG companies in Asia. Previously, he worked for Philip Morris International for more than 20 years, 16 in Asia. He held a variety of senior roles including President and Managing Director, China Region, Vice President, North Asia, Vice President Southeast Asia, and General Manager Philippines. Prior to moving to Asia, Mr. Dyrvik worked for Philip Morris International on assignments in Germany and the United States.

Silvia Lagnado

Chief Marketing Officer
President - Bacardi Global Brands

Ms. Lagnado is global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Bacardi and President of Bacardi Global Brands, responsible for marketing initiatives for the Company’s internationally known and iconic portfolio of premium spirits.

Ms. Lagnado joined Bacardi in August 2010 from a 24-year career at Unilever, where she is best known for spearheading the “Campaign for Real Beauty” for Dove. She was most recently the Executive Vice President for Savory products which includes Unilever’s largest brand, Knorr.

In her career with Unilever, she held various positions including global group vice president for Savory; global vice president for Dove; vice president for Deodorants in Latin America, UK and Europe; president of marketing for Personal Care in the UK; and brand manager and marketing manager positions for Oral Care, Hair Care and Deodorants in Europe.

Atul Vora

Vice President - Business Development

Mr. Vora is responsible for building and expanding strategic relationships and driving business development activities in new markets. He has been with Bacardi since 1994. In his career at Bacardi, Mr. Vora has served as Regional Finance Director for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, as well as serving as a Regional Financial Controller.

Previously, Mr. Vora spent 13 years with Coopers & Lybrand in its Audit and Transaction Support functions in the UK and Kenya.
