This shows the progress we have made in Corporate
Responsibility (CR) in fiscal year 2010. We have made a lot of

Bacardi Limited is the largest privately held spirits company in the world. The

Delivering Corporate Responsibility
Collective accountability for CR is held by the members of the Bacardi senior leadership team
(BLT) supported by members of the CR leadership team and supervised by the Senior VP of Global
Operations, who oversees all CR initiatives. The CR leadership team is comprised of members from
various global functions and operating companies, who develop and deliver management plans for
each corporate priority.
Bacardi Will:
Integrate CR into the Company's governance arrangements at all levels of management.
Gather meaningful management information to understand corporate responsibility performance and progressively publish such information.
Set goals and seek continuous improvement that meet or exceed the requirements of applicable legislation and regulations.
Regularly monitor and respond to stakeholder views on CR

the Global Compact.
In 2008 Bacardi signed the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). We remain committed to adhering to the ten principles of responsible business behavior articulated in the Global Compact. Our Communication on Progress can be found on the inside back cover of our 2010 CR Report.
We will review adherence to this Corporate Responsibility Policy and issue guidance on how these priorities should be interpreted from time to time.
